Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Woman Within is a brand of AllThingsPromotions Hub. Our books are digital products delivered instantly by download, so nothing is shipped and nothing needs to be returned. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying.

How to request a refund

Email us at thewomanwithin01@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (it starts with #) and, if you are comfortable sharing, a short note on why the book was not right for you. Your feedback helps us improve.

What happens next

• We will reply within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the refund.
• Once a refund is issued, your download access for that order is turned off.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We would much rather sort it out with you directly and quickly.

A few fair limits

• The guarantee covers one refund per customer.
• Requests made after 30 days are not covered by the guarantee.
• We may decline repeated or abusive refund requests.

Problems with your file

If your download link does not work, or the file will not open, email us and we will fix it or send a new link straight away. You do not need to buy again.

Customers in the UK and EU

Consumers in the UK and EU normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. For digital content, that right is lost once the download starts, if you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. By downloading your book, you agree to immediate delivery and understand this. This does not affect our 30-day money-back guarantee above, which applies to every customer, or your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
