2. Our products

We sell digital books and related digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped. Descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them, but we cannot guarantee that every device or reading app will display a file exactly as intended.

3. Delivery

After payment, a download link appears on your order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you provided. Please enter your email carefully and check your spam folder. If you do not receive your link, contact us and we will resend it.

4. Personal-use licence

When you buy a book, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, or distribute the file or its contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission. We may withdraw access if these terms are broken.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.
